Update with general fixes and improvements

With Firmware Update 39 we introduced a number of new features that’s included in the app with this version (1.16.4)

• Introducing the Reset Throttle (TPS / Throttle Position Sensor) feature in the app. This is a popular feature for Maptuner X users which is now available for Maptuner Nano users (both NB3 and NX3 versions). As of now this works on all vehicles equipped with the following ECUs: Bosch ME 17.8.5, Bosch MG1 (Sea-Doo 2024), Ski-doo/Lynx E-TEC and Siemens MSE 3.7.
